For Buyers:

Buying a home is one of the largest purchases you will ever make. It requires important decisions, whether you have purchased a home (or many homes) previously or you are a first-time homebuyer.
How much can you afford? Which bank should you go to? How can you assure that you don’t pay too much? Who does the real estate agent represent—you or the seller? Why shouldn’t you just call the name on the sign in front of the house you are interested in?
Judy is an Accredited Buyer Agent® (ABR®) which means that she has extra training dedicated to the task of helping buyers through the transaction, from obtaining financing and searching for that special home, through the offer and negotiation process, the all-important inspection, to closing and taking possession. She will protect your interests throughout the transaction. And she represents you, not the seller, if you have signed a Buyer Representation Agreement with her. Her job is to take care of those details, which can sometimes set up roadblocks to closing. She will answer your questions and try to find the home which will fulfill your needs. And she does return phone calls.

For Sellers:

Selling your home is an important decision. For many, it is an emotional time, the culmination of many years of having lived in the home--raising your children there and becoming part of the community. Or maybe you have only lived there a short time; you thought this was the house you would live in for years, but work requires that you transfer elsewhere.

Whatever the reason, there are important considerations: how much is your home REALLY worth in the current market? How long will it take to sell? Do you need to sell your current home in order to make purchase a new home?
Judy will help you through the complicated process of selling your home. Sensitive to issues which are important to you, she will go the extra mile to do all she can so that your home will sell at the best price possible in the shortest amount of time. She will prepare a free CMA, Comparative Market Analysis, to help you price it competitively. She will market it aggressively and try to get the most amount of money the market will bear. She will take care of those small details that can sometimes derail a sale. And she will return your phone calls.
